Monacair is a Monegasque airline based at Monaco Heliport. This helicopter company is one of two airlines in Monaco. It was established in 1988 by Stefano Casiraghi and has taken care of all helicopter transport for the Princely Family of Monaco, the Government of Monaco and several Chiefs of State visiting the Principality since 1999. The airline flies regular shuttle services between Nice Côte d'Azur Airport to Monaco Heliport. In 2015 the airline signed a firm order for 6 Airbus Helicopters H130 aircraft for delivery between December 2015 and May 2016. For the last two years, Monacair has been the official Monegasque operator of the Regular Line between Monaco and Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport. Along with Heli Air Monaco, Monacair is one of two airlines of Monaco.
The company operates over 40 daily flights, scheduled every 15 minutes. Based at Monaco’s heliport and at all Nice Côte d’Azur Airport terminals, Monacair offers a wide range of services in the helicopter industry:

Monacair and Qatar friendship
Qatar Airways is working with Monacair in order to strengthen its partnership with the helicopter service. This is to provide its passengers with a top quality journey between Monaco and Nice. This new partnership is set to go into the business next week, ferrying its customers on the French Rivieras premium helicopter operator to its final destination. Qatar Airways has recently begun operations to the quaint French town and now look to provide travellers with the option of completing their onward travel under one booking with Monacair's flight to Monte Carlo. Emirates strengthens partnership with Monacair in Monaco
Passengers travelling on the daily flight from Nice to Dubai can then travel to Monaco from Nice airport by taking the Nice Monaco regular helicopter lines (rotation every 6 minutes) provided by the Monaco company Monacair. The flight only lasts 7 minutes for a fare of 79 euros one way for the business class traveler. (109 for those in economy class). Thes amounts make very little sense.
This price also includesthe support by a car transfer service with driver to or from the heliport of the Principality in Monaco. The transfer of luggage is also assured. For first class or business customers Emirates also offers a car service between Nice and Monaco for those who do not wish to use the helicopter.
