Fly91 is a regional airline based in Goa, India, that plans to launch operations in March 2024. It successfully secured its air operator's certificate earlier in the month, with its inaugural flight taking off on the 18th March. Fly91 will start operations with a single roundtrip between Goa and Bangalore, followed by a Goa-Hyderabad route. These flights will take place 3 times weekly.
The airline took delivery of its first aircraft, the ATR72-600, in January. It also took delivery of a second ATR72-600 shortly after. Both of the turboprops are being leased from VMAN Aero Services. Fly91 CEO Manoj Chacko hopes to secure four more ATR turboprops later in the year, with plans to have over 30 aircraft in the fleet in the next five years. Fly91 is currently based at Goa Manohar International Airport.
Currently, Fly91 plans to fly between Goa, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
The airline will kick off its first flight from Goa to Bangalore on 18th March, then proceed to do a roundtrip flight between Goa and Hyderabad the next day.
Goa-Bangalore and Goa-Hyderabad flights will take place 3 times weekly.
There are plans for the airline to operate flights from Goa to Agatti and Jalgaon in the future.
Passengers flying with Fly91 can bring one piece of cabin baggage weighing no more than 7kg and not exceeding the maximum dimensions of 35 x 30 x 20 cm.
Children and infants are also allowed 1 piece of carry-on baggage with the same restrictions as adult passengers.
Passengers can take 1 free checked bag weighing no more than 15kg and not exceeding the maximum dimensions of 69 x 53 x 36 cm. This is the allowance per passenger (adult and children). Infants are not permitted a free checked baggage allowance.
You can also purchase additional checked baggage each weighing no more than 32kg and not exceeding the above maximum dimensions.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart - this is so you have enough time to check in, clear security procedures and reach your boarding gate.
As Fly91 intends to do short-haul regional flights. This means these flights will not feature in-flight entertainment systems. The possibility of Fly91 implementing WiFi into their airline's fleet is not yet known.
The airline has not yet announced the food and beverage options it will offer. The airline has hinted that they will run a cost-effective operation, which involves features like buy-on-board products.

Fly91, an Indian start-up carrier, is preparing to begin operations on 18th March 2024 after securing its air operator's certificate. The airline will first fly between Goa, Bangalore and Hyderabad, with additional flights to Agatti and Jalgaon in the future. The main aim is to provide better regional connectivity between Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns in India.
