  • Economy Class includes 1 bag up to 23kg.
  • Business Class passengers get up to 2 bags, each weighing 32kg.

Checked baggage - international 🧳

  • Economy passengers can check 1 bag up to 23kg - some routes allow more, so double-check before you fly.

Airport check-in 🛫

  • Opens around 3 hours before your flight.
  • Arrive at least 2 hours early for domestic flights, and 3 hours for international.
  • Just show your booking details and ID at the check-in counter to get your boarding pass.
  • Business Class passengers may get a dedicated counter and lounge access.

Important ⚠️

  • Travelling with a child on their own or need extra help? You'll need to check in at the airport.

  • Between 28 and 36 weeks, you’ll need a fitness-to-fly letter from your doctor confirming your due date.

Cambodia Angkor Air rebrands to Air Cambodia

January 2025

Cambodia’s national carrier officially rebranded to Air Cambodia on 1 January 2025. The new name reflects its shift toward becoming a modern regional airline, with updated aircraft, expanded domestic routes and a focus on short-haul travel across Asia.

New ATR 72-600 aircraft joins the fleet

May 2025

Air Cambodia took delivery of its first brand-new ATR 72‑600 turboprop in May 2025, leased through Henan Civil Aviation. The aircraft, registered as XU‑610, is part of a wider plan to grow the fleet and improve domestic connectivity.

Phnom Penh hub moving to Techo International Airport

Coming soon

The airline’s main hub at Phnom Penh International Airport will soon shift to the new Techo International Airport (KTI). Once fully operational, Techo is expected to handle more passengers, bigger aircraft and offer upgraded facilities.
