Your baggage allowance will vary depending on the cabin class you fly in.
Economy Class carry-On baggage allowance: 1 piece up to 8 kg size (55 x 40 x 23 cm) + 1 small personal item (handbags, laptop bags, duty-free shopping, camera bag, umbrella).
Business Class carry-On baggage allowance: 2 pieces up to 8 kg / piece size (55 x 40 x 23 cm) + 1 small personal item.
Economy Class checked baggage allowance: 1 piece up to 23 kg.
Business Class checked baggage allowance: 2 pieces up to 32 kg/piece + 1 golf equipment.
Luxair offers 2 cabin classes - Economy Class and Business Class.
Economy Class is the airline's cheaper cabin option, but still offers a great service, delivered by the airline's multi-lingual cabin crew.
Passengers can order a selection of food and drink from the airline's in-flight menu.
While there's no in-flight entertainment system, each passenger is given a copy of the airline's in-flight magazine.
As of June 2019, sandwiches were re-developed to provide better quality. They're produced using fresh ingredients at the premises of Luxair Services Catering.

As well as fully-flexible tickets, Business Class passengers are given priority check-in, security, boarding and passport control on select flights from select airports.
Passengers are given a Business Class standard breakfast, lunch or dinner, depending on the time of day of the flight. The airline prides itself in offering locally sourced produce for its airline's meal, which part of a larger plan in keeping the airline eco-friendly. As of June 2019, passengers can now enjoy new menus served on Business Class created by Michelin starred chef René Mathieu.
Passengers are given newspapers to read as in-flight entertainment.

Economy Class: For flights departing in the morning, Economy passengers can enjoy a croissant, with a salty or sweet snack available on flights in the day. On longer flights, a light sandwich will be served.
Business Class: For flights departing in the morning, Business passengers can enjoy a complete breakfast, with sandwich boxes served on flights in the day. On longer flights, lunch, dinner and snacks will be served on a tray.
Special meals need to be ordered at least 48 hours before flight departure. Requests can be made during the flight booking process or by contacting our customer service team.

All passengers can enjoy a selection of non-alcoholic beverages as well as coffee or tea. On longer flights, Business passengers will also be offered a range of Alcoholic drinks.

The Luxair web & mobile check-in is available from 24h-1h before flight departure. Online check-in can be completed through the airline's check-in page.
Check-in opens 2 hours before departure and closes 45 minutes before departure for Economy Class passengers, and 30 minutes before departure for Business Class passengers.
Luxair is part of the frequent flyer program Miles & More which is free of charge to join.
Miles & More is the largest traveller loyalty program in Europe with 25 million members as of March 2014.
It offers rewards to passengers of the Star Alliance travelling on certain types of tickets.
The program was launched by Lufthansa (LH) in 1993 and is used by 13 European airlines. The programme enables its members to earn and redeem frequent flyer miles on all of the fully integrated airlines, all Star Alliance members as well as several other partner airlines.
Customers are able to build status, which gives them access to certain privileges.
When making your Luxair booking through Alternative Airlines, it is easy to collect your frequent flyer points. Simply select Miles and More from the drop-down option during the flight-booking process and add your unique membership number.
The airline is not a member of an airline alliance program.
However, the Luxair does have codeshare agreements with a number of partner airlines: Air France, Alitalia, Austrian Airlines, Hahn Air, LOT Polish Airlines, Lufthansa, Scandinavian Airlines, TAP Air Portugal, and Turkish Airlines.
