About Manx2

Manx2 was a virtual regional airline that was founded in 2006 and based in the Isle of Man, United Kingdom. The airline operated flights from several airports within the UK including Belfast, Blackpool, Cardiff and the Isle of Man.

The flights operated by Manx2 were carried out by several airlines including Van Air Europe, FLM Aviation and Links Air.

In 2012, Manx2's assets were bought out by Citywing, a travel agency based in Isle of Man. It officially ceased operations in December 2012.

Isle of Man Airport, also known as Ronaldsway Airport, is a civilian airport located on the Isle of Man, just off the coast of the United Kingdom.

The airport is regularly served by Loganair, a Scottish regional airline.

While it was in operation, Manx2 had its head office in Hangar 9 of Isle of Man Airport.
