Buy Lalona Air Flights with Alternative Airlines

Lalona Air is a new German airline looking to launch in the first quarter of 2022. Initially, the airline is looking to serve 15 destinations within Europe including both domestic and international destinations. These destinations will be flown with a fleet of ATR72 aircraft.

As of June 2021, the airline still hasn't applied for their Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and the full details of the destinations they will serve haven't been announced yet. However, they are looking to serve destinations for business travellers from Düsseldorf Airport.

Baggage Policy

Information on the baggage allowance for the airline has yet to be announced.

Carry-on Baggage

Any items brought onboard must fit within the overhead compartments or under the seat in front. Otherwise, the airline will not permit the item to board the aircraft for safety reasons. The weight of the items must not exceed the airline's carry-on permitted weight, or it'd either be charged or asked to be transported as checked baggage.

Prohibited items cannot be carried onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml. Fluid must be placed in a plastic container for airport security. Alternatively, passengers can transport any fluid in their checked baggage.

Checked Baggage

As a general rule, any baggage exceeding 32kg or larger than the checked baggage dimensions must not be transported as checked baggage. Oversize baggage will be charged extra by the airline and it may potentially require approval from the airline.

Check-In

Lalona Air hasn't announced any information about its check in policies.

Online Check-in

Lalona Air's online check-in policy hasn't been announced yet.

If online check-in is available for the airline, passengers are advised to check-in online before arriving at the airport. This will save time from queuing at the airport and passengers may be able to obtain their boarding passes once online check-in has been completed.

Airport Check-in

Lalona Air's airport check-in policy hasn't been announced yet.

Once passengers arrived at the airport, they are recommended to report directly to the airline check-in counters to check-in their baggage and take their boarding pass.

At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport two hours before the check-in deadline to give themselves sufficient time to check-in and board the aircraft.

Frequent Flyer Programme

Lalona Air hasn't confirmed if they'll offer passengers a frequent flyer programme yet.

Airline Alliance

Lalona Air isn't planning to join any airline alliances.
