Really deserves a "satisfactory" rather than "good". The planes are excellent, the cabin crew OK, the food OK, and the entertainment poor. Also the ground crew boarding the flight from Bogota to London should make announcements in English as well as Spanish.

They could improve their communication as well as their web site for English speakers. On some flights it was impossible to understand a word on the com systems

It was very good but I was left unsure whether my receipt and invoice constituted a ticket so I was a bit worried what would happen when I reached the airport. I think the email should make it clearer for people who do not frequently book tickets on-line.
