ItAli was a regional Italian airline that offered scheduled passenger and charter services across Italy and Paris, France. From its base at Rome Fiumicino International Airport, the airlines operated to a total of five destinations, with daily flights from Rome to Reggio Calabria and Genoa.

A year later, in 2011, the Italian Aviation Authority suspended the ItAir's AOC due to various performance issues and financial troubles. The airline ceased operations with immediate effect.
