About Robin Hood Aviation
Robin Hood Aviation was an Austrian carrier based in the charming city of Graz aimed at business travellers looking to fly from Graz and Linz to the commercial centre of Zurich, Switzerland. Robin Hood Aviation served the two routes with two Saab 340 aircraft carrying 33 passengers and had a frequent flyer policy encouraging repeat flyers.
Its original route from its base in Graz operated a business-friendly morning and evening service in both directions on all days Monday to Friday, but on a Friday there was just a single late afternoon/early evening service. There was no service at weekends.
The Linz to Zurich took the idea of early home on a Friday once stop further and didn't operate at all on Fridays, again there was no service at weekends.
Apart from its unique name, Robin Hood Airlines had a truncated weekday only flying programme tailored to the needs of the type of passenger it is looking to attract.
