Envoy Air was founded in 1984 and is a regional airline based in Texas.
The airline is a subsidiary of the American Airlines Group, and serves 150 cities witihin the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean and is one of the seven carriers that operate under the ‘American Eagle’ name, with Piedmont Airlines, PSA Airlines, Compass Airlines, Mesa Airlines, Republic Airline and Skywest Airlines.
Each passenger is permitted one carry-on bag plus one personal item. The personal item has to be 36inches of combined dimensions, or smaller. The carry-on item has to be 22 x 14 x 9 inches or smaller.
Checked bags must be no more than 62 inches when combining the dimensions, and weigh no more than 50lbs. Bags have to be purchased, with fees varying according to ticket fare and route travelling.
Passengers can online check-in. This opens 24 hours prior to departure and closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure. This may vary however depending on your route flying.

It also offers airport check-in. Depending on your route flying, airport check-in will open between 4 hours and 45 minutes before departure.
The airline offers two class fares: Business and Economy
The Envoy Suite is a separate cabin to Economy, and offers exclusive business class seating.
Personal amenity kits include an eye mask, ear plugs, socks, toothbrush, toothpaste, lotion, lip balm, and a pen. The airline will distribute headphones so that you can enjoy personal touchscreen entertainment system in peace. Meals are served on china, with a varied menu to choose from.
The seating is in a reverse Herringbone design, there’s plenty of room as the seats convert to fully flat beds, each seat with aisle access.
Economy Class
In economy, there’s video on demand and power ports at seats. Snacks and beverages, and meals on longer flights, are available to purchase. Enjoy the in-flight magazine and duty-free shopping.

Located in Texas, the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is the largest hub for American Airlines, Spirit Airlines. By aircraft movements, it is the fourth busiest airport in the world, of which American Airlines operate nearly 900 daily flights from this airport.
LaGuardia Airport is located within New York, in the borough of Queens. Its current form was opened in 1939, but has since had many additions including runways and additional terminals.
Miami International Airport serves the greater areas surrounding Miami. It has 4 runways, which makes it South Floridas airport for long-haul international flights.
O’Hare International Airport, located in Chicago, Illinois, is the fourth and final airport hub of American Airlines, and thus Envoy Air. It first began running passenger services in 1955, and has grown since to become the world’s sixth-busiest airport.
