Alliance Airlines is an Australian based public-charter service provider. It was founded in 2002 operating with only three aircraft in their fleet. They now offer scheduled and charter services for major industries, group travel and cooperate clients.

Safety, reliability and operational performance are the three values for the company. They treat their customers well especially the safety of its passengers and employees. Providing outstanding services like no other.

Australia is their core destinations but they also service Port Moresby in Papua New Guinea as their own international service.

 


Destinations

As of May 2020, majority of the Alliance Air routes are within Australia except for Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. Other destinations include Perth, Sydney, Cairns, Emerald, Adelaide, Cape Preston and more.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-On Baggage

All passengers are allowed one piece of carry-on baggage that does not exceed 23cm x 34cm x 48cm in width, height and length. The weight allowance varies depending on the aircraft type. Details are as follow:

Checked Baggage

Each passenger is entitled to one free checked baggage that is no larger than 158cm in total dimensions and no heavier than 20kg. This applies to all passengers regardless of the aircraft that the traveller is travelling.

Any baggage exceeding the size or weight limit will not be accepted as checked baggage.

 


Economy Class

Only one type of cabin class onboard Alliance Airline's fleet but there are three different types of fare classes available. These classes are Flexible, Saver and Discount tickets.

Flexible Fare: Passengers purchased flexible tickets are entitled for a refund up to 24 hours before departure.

Saver & Discount Fare: Passengers purchased Saver or Discount tickets are not entitled for a refund.

 


Check-In Information

Check-In Online

Online check-in is available at 17:00 on the day before flight departure.

Online check-in is available via the airline website. Please prepare your travel document and your booking reference for check-in.

Passengers with require assistance would have to check-in at the airport.

Airport Check-In

Airport check-in counters close 30 minutes before scheduled departure time.

Please arrive at the airport with a valid identification such as birth certificate and passport. The airline reserves the right to deny boarding if these requirements are not met.

 


Airline Alliance

It is not a member of any airline alliance. However, Alliance Airlines has a codeshare agreement with Virgin Australia.

 


Frequent Flyer Programme

There is no frequent flyer programme for the carrier.

 


Fleet

As of May 2020, the airline operates a fleet of Fokker 50, Fokker 70 and Fokker 100. It is a modern and comfortable fleet of aircraft that are well-suited with the routes that the airline is operating.
