You're entitled to 1 carry-on baggage and a personal item onboard the aircraft. Carry-on items must not exceed the three dimensions of 40cm x 30cm x 20 cm (15" x 11" x 7") and the weight of 7kg (15lbs).

Carry-on baggage must fit within the overhead lockers and under the seat in front. Any items that don't fit within the compartments must be transported as checked baggage or cargo. The permitted weight must also comply with the airline baggage guidelines.

Any prohibited items must not be carried onboard including any fluid exceeding 100ml.

You receive a 20kg (44lbs) checked baggage for free. Please note that infants won't receive any free baggage allowance.

Each individual item must not weigh heavier than 32kg and it must follow the permitted dimensions set by the airline. Any oversized items may be charged by the airline.

Online check-in information is not available yet.

Passengers are recommended to check-in online for their flight if it's available as it saves time from queuing at the airport. Online check-in is usually completed with the booking reference and the travellers' details.

For domestic flights, you can check-in 2 hours before and it closes 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

For international flights, you can check-in between 2 hours to 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

At Alternative Airlines, we recommend passengers to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights and one and a half hours before for domestic flights. However, this depends on the actual check-in deadline when it is published by the airline when it launches.

Passengers must check-in and board the aircraft before the check-in/boarding deadline set out by the airline. Otherwise, passengers may lose their tickets or be refused to board the aircraft.
