DiDi Pay Later is a popular buy now, pay later provider available to customers in Mexico.
It lets you secure an item at checkout and pay later in either:
- Up to 24 bi-weekly instalments
- Up to 12 monthly instalments

How to book flights with DiDi Pay Later
1. Use the Alternative Airlines search bar
This is found near the top of the page. Above the search bar is the Alternative Airlines currency selector. Make sure your currency is set to MXN.
2. Select your flight and additional amenities
Once you've entered your travel dates and locations, you'll see all available flights. Select your flights and add optional extras. For example, you can add Pre-Travel Protection. This lets you cancel your flights and get a refund in the event of an emergency.
3. Choose DiDi Pay Later
At checkout, scroll down to the buy now, pay later options. If eligible, you'll see DiDi Pay Later as an option at checkout. Select and confirm your plan.
4. Enjoy your flights:
You'll receive email confirmation right away. Continue paying for your flights on the agreed date of your DiDi Pay Later contract. Have a great trip!

Yes, when you search and book flights through Alternative Airlines, you'll see DiDi Pay Later as an available payment method at checkout.
Subject to meeting DiDi Pay Later's eligibility requirements.
Do I have to be a Mexican resident to use DiDi Pay Later?
Yes. DiDi Pay Later is only available to Alternative Airlines customers living in Mexico and paying in Mexican Pesos.
What happens if my flights are before the end of my DiDi Pay Later contract?
You'll board your flights as normal. Then continue paying after you've flown.
Can I use DiDi Pay Later for my flight add-ons?
Yes. Add-ons purchased at the original time of booking will be paid for with DiDi Pay Later.
Popular flight add-ons include Pre-Travel Protection, Automatic Check-In and Seat Selection.
Please note that add-ons bought later through Manage My Booking must be paid in full up front.
