Caicos Express Airways was founded in 2011 and is a scheduled passenger airline based in the Turks and Caicos Islands, primarily flying to domestic destinations.

The Turks and Caicos Islands is a British Overseas Territory of the United Kingdom, in the Atlantic Ocean, which comprises 40 islands and cays. The stunningly beautiful islands lie at the south-eastern end of the Bahamas chain, and are a popular tourist destination.

The airline began operating charter flights in 2007, which was followed by scheduled services in 2011. In December 2014, the airline also began offering international flights to Haiti, which was later followed by flights to the Dominican Republic.

Caicos Express Airways flies from its hub at Providenciales International Airport.

Baggage Policy

Caicos Express Airways will have different baggage rules for carry-on and checked baggage.

Carry-on Baggage

Passengers can carry a personal item, such as a laptop, briefcase, or diaper bag, for free onto the aircraft. This personal item must not to exceed 36 linear inches, or 18″ x 11″ x 7″, and must not exceed the following weight: 15 pounds.

Checked Baggage

Domestic flights: On domestic flights, passengers are entitled to one free checked bag. The bag must not weigh more than 50 LBS. Fees will be applied to any bags that exceed this allowance.

International flights: On international flights, passengers are entitled to one free checked bag. The bag must not weigh more than 60 LBS. Fees will be applied to any bags that exceed this allowance.

Additional bags can be added to your booking, although a charge will apply. This is easy to do, and can be done during the booking process.

Cabin Classes

There is only one class of service available onboard the aircraft: standard Economy.

Economy Class

Please be aware that the airline does not offer ticket fares, meaning all tickets are non-refundable.

Seating

Passengers can enjoy comfortable seating, with armrests and padded headrests. The aircraft are immaculately maintained, and the airline’s crew ensure that all passengers are comfortable during the flight.

Check-In

Caicos Express Airways opening and closing check in times will depend on the destination that you're flying to and the method of check in you select.

Online Check-in

Online check-in is available for passengers who have pre-booked their flights, and can be completed through the airline’s website.

Airport Check-in

Domestic flights: Airport check-in opens 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time, and closes 30 minutes prior to departure.

International flights: Airport check-in opens 180 minutes prior to scheduled departure, and closes 30 minutes prior to departure, although it is recommended to arrive as early as possible.
