Alitalia and Aerolíneas Argentinas Announce Codeshare Agreement 

 

Alitalia and Aerolineas Argentinas have strengthened their commercial agreement by signing a codeshare agreement.  Flights are already available for sale and will provide travellers of both airlines with more choice and enhanced network connectiving between Italy and Argentina and beyond, to 75 destinations in Italy, Europe, Middle East, Argentina and South America. 

From September, Alitalia will operate three out of seven weekly frequencies between Rome and Buenos Aires with the new Boeing 777-300ER. 

 

 

 

 

 

 THREE DIRECT WEEKLY FLIGHTS BETWEEN ROME AND LOS ANGELES

 

 

 

 

 

Alitalia service between Rome and Los Angeles, currently operating between April and October, will be extended throughout the year. 

3 x Weekly frequencies for the up and coming winter season operating from Rome Fiumicino every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday departing at 10:00 arriving in Los Angeles at 14:10 (local time).

The Alitalia flight will take off for the return journey from Los Angeles at 16:10 (local time) arriving in Rome Fiumicino at 13:10 (local time) on the following day. 

The flights to Los Angeles will be operated with 293-seat Boeing 777 aircraft on a three class configuration (Business, Premium Economy and Economy). 

During the 2017/2018 winter season, we will connect Italy to four destinations in the US: New York (from Rome Fiumicino and Milan Malpensa), Boston, Miami and Los Angeles (from Rome Fiumicino).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 TRANSPORTATION OF WEAPONS FROM/TO THE U.K.  

 

 

 

 

 

The transportation of weapons from/to the United Kingdom (both cargo and cabin) is temporarily suspended pending the British Government Authority's (Home Office) conclusion regarding the renewal of the authorization for Alitalia.  The suspension is with immediate effect and is valid until further notice.
