Austral Líneas Aéreas was a domestic airline based in Argentina and the sister company of Aerolíneas Argentinas. It was the second-largest domestic airline in the country after Aerolíneas Argentinas.
Its main base of operations was Aeroparque Jorge Newbery Airport in Buenos Aires. It was an affiliate member of the SkyTeam Alliance.
In 2020, the airline merged with Aerolíneas Argentinas, saving 100 million USD. The Austral brand was ultimately eliminated and operations officially ceased in November 2020.

If passengers could not check in online, they could do so at the airport. Dedicated check-in counters were available however specific opening and closing times are unknown.
Economy Class on Austral Líneas Aéreas provided comfortable seating with standard amenities. Passengers in this class enjoyed a cost-effective travel experience with a focus on affordability. The seats were designed to provide adequate legroom and comfort for passengers during their journey.
Business Class offered a higher level of comfort and luxury for passengers seeking a premium flying experience. Passengers in Business Class enjoyed spacious seating with extra legroom, ensuring a more relaxed and comfortable journey. Additionally, passengers in this class were treated to special services and amenities including priority check-in, access to exclusive airport lounges, premium meals and personalised service from the airline's dedicated staff.
