Baggage Policy

Aeromexico Connect has a different baggage policy for carry-on and checked baggage policy.

Carry-on Baggage

Basic fare passengers include a carry-on weight allowance of 10kg with the maximum dimensions 55cm x 40cm x 25cm. The baggage allowance for Clase Premier fare is a maximum weight of 18kg with maximum dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 25cm, including a personal item.

Checked Baggage

The checked baggage allowance for Basic fare passengers is 25kg with total dimensions that must not exceed 158cm. For Clase Premier passengers, the maximum checked baggage allowance is 30kg.

Check-In

Aeromexico Connect lets you check-in online 48 hours before your flight scheduled time. If you're unable to check-in online then you can check-in at the airport

Online Check-in

Online check-in opens 48 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights. Web check-in is available via the AeroMexico website.

Once web check-in is completed, passengers would be able to obtain its boarding pass, which means that passengers can report to airport security as long as they are not travelling with checked baggage.

Airport Check-in

Passengers can either check-in at the self-check-in kiosk or at the counter. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport two hours before the scheduled departure time and report to check-in as soon as they arrive. Aeromexico Connect check-in area should be clearly located on the departure information board.

Aeromexico is a member of SkyTeam, as a subsidiary airline of Aeromexico, Aeromexico Connect is an affiliate member of the alliance. Passengers flying with Aeromexico Connect can still earn Premier Points.
