Titan Airways is an aircraft leasing (ACMI) company, providing charter services to tour operators and airlines. Their clients include, but not limited to, Aer Lingus, Air Malta, Brussels Airlines, Condor, Norwegian Air Shuttle, SAS, TAP Portugal and Wizz Air.
The charter operator does not operate any scheduled flights themselves but operates flights of their clients. Therefore, the airline does not have a set of destinations they fly to regularly and do not sell air tickets themselves. Titan Airways' aircraft are not easily identified as the airline sometimes fly with their client's livery.
Titan Airways has a modern fleet of Airbus A320 family and Boeing B757 aircraft and is based at London Stansted Airport.
Baggage allowance below only applies to flights that have a flight number starting with ZT. If your flight number does not start with ZT, please check with our customer service team.
Every passenger is entitled to one carry-on baggage no larger than 5kg and no larger than 56cm x 45cm x 25cm. This baggage has to fit in the overhead locker or under the seat.
Titan Airways allows passengers over the age of two to have 20kg free baggage allowance. Passengers under two years old are entitled to 10kg checked baggage.
Any baggage exceeding 32kg will not be accepted due to Health and Safety regulations.
In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) is available on the airline's A320 and B757 fleet. This is available through passengers downloading the 'Titan Flight' app on any mobile device.
Titan Airways doesn't offer online check in, so passengers must check in at the airport.
As of June 2020, online check-in is not available for passengers.
Check-in counters open three hours before and close 40 minutes before departure. The airline recommends passengers to arrive at check-in two hours before departure.
Please note that any passengers late at check-in will not be accepted.

London Stansted Airport (STN)is situated on the North East of the centre of London. The airport is owned by Manchester Airport Group (MAG), who also owns Manchester Airport and East Midlands Airport.
There are many international and regional carriers fly to the airport, such as Air India, Air Senegal, Arkia, Balkan Holidays, El Al, Emirates, easyJet, Ryanair UK, TUI and Ural Airlines. One other airline that is based at this airport is Atmosphere Intercontinental Airlines.
As a charter service provider, Titan Airways does not have a regular flight schedule available. They only operate upon client requests. However, their client base suggests that the airline mainly focused on short and medium-haul flights.
