Each passenger receives a baggage allowance of 5 kg with a maximum dimension of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm as well as a free personal item such as a backpack, a handbag, a laptop and a camera. The personal item cannot exceed 30cm x 40cm x 10cm.

Any baggage that exceeds the carry-on baggage limit will be asked to transport as checked baggage, including any prohibited items like any fluid exceeding 100ml.

Each fare-paying passenger receives a free baggage allowance of 20kg with a maximum dimension of 158cm. Passengers travelling with infants receive additional checked-in baggage of 10kg and a personal item like a folding buggy.

Any checked baggage exceeding 32kg will not be accepted by the airline.

Web check-in isn't available for passengers, all passengers must check-in at the airport.

As passengers cannot check-in online, passengers should arrive early at the airport to check in on time for their flights.

Airport check-in counters close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time and the boarding gate closes 15 minutes the established departure time.

Passengers should report to the check-in desk as soon as they arrive at the airport, to avoid missing the check-in deadline for the airline. Any passengers who fail to report to check-in on time are considered to be late for check-in. The airline has the rights to deny any late passenger to board the aircraft.

Passengers who need special assistance at the airport should leave plenty of time at the airport for the airline to arrange any assistance required.
