Azul Conecta is a sister airline of Azul Brazilian Airlines, founded in 2013 and previously named TwoFlex Aviação Inteligente. It's a domestic and regional airline serving domestic Brazilian routes. In 2016 to 2019, the company operated charter flights for Voe Minas Gerais, who have now ceased operations. Otherwise, the airline has been mainly serving scheduled and air taxi services.
In January 2020, Azul Brazilian Airlines acquired TwoFlex and was granted permission from the Brazilian regulatory bodies to start operation in April 2020. Eventually, the airline was rebranded to Azul Conecta to stay in-line with its parent. The airline is now serving destinations like Confresa, Parintins, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and many more using a fleet of Cessna 208 Caravan.
Every fare-paying passengers are entitled to one personal item and one piece of carry-on bag. The personal item must not exceed the maximum dimension of 45cm x 20cm x 25cm, this could be items such as handbag, laptop case or camera. The carry-on baggage cannot exceed a maximum dimension of 55cm x 35cm x 25cm.
Carry-on baggage and personal item have a maximum combined weight of 10kg. Any carry-on baggage over the size or weight limit may be asked to transport it as checked baggage. Any prohibited items found by airport security would be confiscated.
Passengers purchased Azul Fare would not receive any baggage allowance. However, Mais Azul Fare receives one piece of checked baggage with a maximum weight of 23kg and a maximum dimension of 50cm x 80cm x 28cm. Baggage exceeding 32kg would not be accepted by the airline due to international health and safety regulations.
Online check-in is available via the Azul app or the airline website. Online check-in is available from 72 hours to 90 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who haven't checked in online must check-in airport.
The airline advises all passengers to arrive at the airport three hours before the flight. As soon as you arrive at the airport, please report to the Azul Conecta check-in counters to complete your check-in process. The location for the check-in counter should be indicated on the departure time and the counters should be marked with the airline name and logo.
TudoAzul is the name of the frequent flyer programme that Azul Brazilian Airlines offers and passengers on Azul Conecta are also entitled to redeem points on the programme. Members are divided into four tiers, TudoAzul Basico, TudoAzul Topazio, TudoAzul Safira and TudoAzul Diamante. Members of TudoAzul would be able to redeem flights, upgrade, products, hotels, car rental and many more with the points earned when flying with the airline. Azul Conecta isn't part of any airline alliances.
As of January 2021, Azul Conecta only flies domestic routes in Brazil, including flights to destinations like Confresa, Parintins, Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and many more.
