About LATAM Airlines Brasil
LATAM Brasil Airlines, formerly TAM Airlines, is the Brazilian branch of the LATAM Airlines group. A meger between TAM and LAN Airlines occured on 2012 linking the two companies. Between January and December 2017, LATAM had 32.6% of the domestic, and 74.9% of the international market share in terms of passenger-kilometers flown, making it the second largest domestic and largest international airline in Brasil. TAM was not only the largest airline in the country before the takeover, but the largest airline in Latin America. Prior to the merger with LAN, the company closed its capital, transferring its shares to LATAM Airlines Group. However, in August 2015, it was announced that the two airlines would fully rebrand as LATAM, with one livery to be applied on all aircraft by 2018. Economy Class offers a relaxed cabin class, available on all flights.
Economy Class Facilities
Available on most flights, Economy Class passengers can enjoy a range of entertainment from the airline's in-flight entertainment system. This includes more than 150 movies and TV shows, including the latest Hollywood blockbusters, classics and children's entertainment too.
Food and drink are available to order from the airline's in-flight menu, with hot meals prepared for longer, international flights.
Economy Class Seats
Economy Class seats are set out in a 3 x 3 formation on short-haul flights and on a 2 x 3 x 2 or 3 x 4 x 3 on long-haul flights. Seats are reclinable, with adjustable headrests.
Business Class
Business Class, also known as 'Premium Business Class' is LATAM Brasil's most upscale cabin class. It offers a luxurious cabin and in-flight experience like no other.
Business Class Facilities
Passengers can order delicious meals from the airline's professionally put together Business Class menu. The Business Class in-flight menu also includes an extensive selection of wines, beers, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks.
Passengers can enjoy in-flight entertainment through the airline's fantastic in-flight entertainment system. The entertainment system can be accessed through 15.4- high-resolution screens that are fitted to every Business Class seat. Each screen comes paired with noise-reducing headphones.
What are Business Class Seats Like?
Business Class seats are set out either in a 2 x 3 x 2 or 2 x 2 formation. The seats are up to 23 inches in width and transform into fully-flat beds that are 76 inches in length. The space between each Business Class seat is 74 inches.
Each seat is fitted with a personal TV monitor that can be used to access the airline's in-flight entertainment system.

LATAM Group to add new routes to Europe
LATAM Airlines Group has revealed plans to offer its customers new routes to destinations throughout Europe. As part of a larger strategy growth plan, LATAM will launch a new flight between Lisbon Portela Airport (LIS), Portugal, and São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport (GRU), Brazil, which will begin operations on 3rd September 2018. This flight will operate five times a week and carry passengers on a Boeing 767 aircraft. Additionally, LATAM Group will fly between Munich Airport (MUC) and São Paulo–Guarulhos International Airport early next year. With these two new routes, nine different European destinations will now be home to LATAM services.
LATAM Airlines Group CEO, Enrique Cueto, stated with these new flights LATAM continue to give Latin American's more opportunity to see the rest of the world. LATAM has launched 30 new routes since 2016 which have covered a lot of area across the world.
