Jonika Airlines is a Ukrainian full-service low-cost carrier, who is relatively young, founded in 2018 and started scheduled operations in 2019. The airline aims to provide a high-class service despite offering low prices to customers.
Kyove Zhuliany International Airport is the base of the airline, which also supports its operations with Boeing 737 aircraft. Other than flying its scheduled destinations to Greece, Italy and Albania, they also serve Bulgaria on charter flights.

Economy Class fares are divided into three categories including Promo, Eco and Flex. Economy and Business Class both have complimentary drinks and snacks provided onboard.
Promo is one of the three fare classes available for Economy Class. Tickets for this class is non-refundable and travel dates are fixed. It's the least flexible ticket out of the three.
Eco is one of the three fare classes available for Economy Class. Passengers booked Eco tickets can be refunded and changing travel dates with a fee.

Business class passengers receive extra legroom on the flight and it has complimentary food and drinks provided onboard. As stated in the 'Baggage Allowance' section, business class passengers receive more baggage allowance than Economy Class passengers.
Jonika Airlines passengers must check-in for their flight once they arrive at the airport.
Online check-in isn't available for the airline. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Airport check-in counters open two hours before and close 40 minutes before the established scheduled departure time. Passengers who failed to report to check-in before the deadline would be classed as 'no-show' and may risk losing their seats.
