Air Urga, officially known as URGA International Joint Stock Aviation Company, is a Ukrainian charter airline based in Kropyvnytskyi and Zhuliany. Air Urga was founded in 1993 and provides international passenger and cargo charter flights to many destinations.

Economy class passengers are permitted 15kg of luggage, which must not exceed the combined linear dimensions of 158cm.
Cabin Classes
For the passenger charter flights, the organiser can choose the set up and service that they wish to offer passengers. There will be choice of food and drinks, and passengers will have the full attention of cabin staff for the duration of their flight. This premium service is designed to replicate that for a VIP, meaning that transportation to and from the airport can also be arranged. Passengers will also not have to wait to reclaim their baggage, as it is kept with you at all times for maximum safety and time.

Online check-in is not permitted for Air Urga flights.

Air Urga do not currently offer their passengers online check-in.
Airport Check-in
Air Urga passengers must check in for their flights at the airport check-in desk. For international flights, check-in will open 2 hours before departure time, and closes 40 minutes before departure time. For domestic flights, the Air Urga check-in desk will open one and a half hours before departure time, and will close 30 minutes before scheduled departure.
