Bukovyna Airlines, also known as Bukovyna Aviation Enterprise, is a Ukranian passenger charter airline. The airline was founded in 1999 and is based at Chernivtsi International Airport.
In addition to offering charter services from Chernivitsi International, the airline also offers aircraft leasing services. Most notably, the airline leases its aircraft to Iran's national carrier, Iran Air.
Bukovyna Airlines fleet consists of six aircraft, with a mix of Boeing and McDonnell Douglas aircraft. The airline uses the following aircraft:

Chernivtsi International Airport, officially known as Chernivtsi Leonid Kadeniuk International Airport, is an airport located in western Ukraine, in the city of Chernivtsi and is the hub airport for Bukovyna Airlines. The airport was built in 1928 and shortly after the first scheduled flight from the airport was flown with a service to Bucharest - Iasi - Cernauti.
The airline has operated from Chernivtsi International Airport since its time of inception in 1999. The only airline that currently offers scheduled passenger services to Chernivtsi International Airport is Ukraine International Airlines.
