Any item carried onboard must pass airport security checks and it must not contain any prohibited items including fluid exceeding 100ml.
Carry-on baggage must fit within the overhead lockers and under the seat. Otherwise, you may be asked to transport your baggage as checked baggage.

Your baggage must not exceed the airline's permitted allowance and it must not weigh over 32kg (70 lbs). Any baggage weighing more than the airline allowance may be charged a fee. If your baggage weighs more than 32kg (70lb) must travel as cargo.

You're advised to check-in online prior to arriving at the airport as it could avoid queuing at the airport. You may be able to obtain your boarding pass once online check-in has been completed too.
When completing online check-in, you should have your travel documents and your e-ticket ready.

We advise our customers to arrive at the airport 2 hours before for domestic flights and 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for international flights.
You should always report directly to the airline check-in counters as soon as you arrive. Checking in late for your flight could result in a loss of tickets.
