Passengers are entitled to one carry-on baggage as well as a personal item. Carry-on baggage must fit within the dimension of 40cm x 20cm x 55cm and the weight of 8kg. A personal item includes items such as a laptop, a computer, a handbag, a camera, walking sticks, etc.

Hand luggage must fit in the overhead lockers and under the seat and no prohibited items including any liquid exceeding 100ml are allowed onboard. These items will be confiscated if found by airport security.

Excess baggage can be added to the booking during the booking process or by contacting our customer service team if you already have an existing booking.

Check-In

Aero K passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.

Online Check-in

Online check-in isn't currently available for customers. Passengers must check in at the airport for their flight.

However, passengers can manage their booking on the airline website before the scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

When checking in at the airport, passengers are required to present their valid travel document. This could be a passport, an identity card, a driving license or any other forms of valid travel documentation. However, for international flights, a driving license and identity card will not be accepted due to the immigration rules.

At Cheongju International Airport, airport check-in counters open one and a half hour before and close 20 minutes before the established departure time.

At Jeju International Airport, airport check-in counters open two hours before and close 20 minutes before the established departure time.

Passengers should always aim to arrive at the airport two hours before departure for domestic flights. This avoids any unexpected delays on the way to the airport. Once arrived at the airport, passengers should report to the airline check-in counters as soon as they arrive. Failure to check-in on time may be refused to board.

airline check-in counters are labelled with the airline name and logo. The location for the airline check-in counters should also be indicated on the departure information board.

At this point, any prohibited items including any fluid should be stored in the checked baggage and batteries should be taken out from checked baggage.
