To be eligible to use Rely, a shopper must meet the following conditions:
- Have a Singapore residential address
- Have a Singapore issued credit or debit card
- Be above the age of 21 years old
There are no hidden fee and no interest. The total cost you see on checkout is all you'll have to pay in total. A fixed fee will only be incurred if you miss a payment date. Otherwise, you'll only pay the price you would have paid anyway if you paid the full amount upfront.
Rely accepts Mastercard and Visa credit, as well as debit cards issued in Singapore. Unfortunately Rely does not accept any prepaid cards, or other foreign debit cards.
Limits vary depending on the order value and customer. The more orders that you have successfully repaid, the more likely you will be approved for higher values in the future. Limits are usually lower for new users.
Yes, as long as you are eligible to use Rely, you can use it as a payment method with any of the airlines available to book through Alternative Airlines. These airlines include Singapore Airlines, AirAsia, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, United Airlines, Delta Air Lines, China Southern, Emirates and many more.
