Nordica (branded as 'nordica')is the Estonian flag carrier, headquartered in Tallinn, with Tallinn Airport being its central hub. The company was founded in September 2015 after the liquidation of the previous national carrier Estonian Air. The name, Nordica, relates to the brands allegiance to northern Europe and is also in conjunction with the previous name, Nordic Aviation Group. In 2016, a partnership was formed with LOT Polish Airlines. Most flights are marketed by LOT, who own 49% of shares in the company.
In 2016 a codeshare partnership was formed with LOT Polish Airlines. Travellers can collect 'Miles & More' points when they fly. The airlines also has a partnership with Scandinavian Airlines. Nordica currently operates flights on behalf of these two airlines.

Carry-on Baggage
For Nordica flights, you are permitted 1 bag of a maximum weight of 8kgs at no additional cost If you are a business call traveller, you are allowed to have bags weighing 9kgs. The maximum dimensions of your hand luggage are: 55cm x 40cm x 23 cm. You may also carry free of charge the following accessories: a handbag, an overcoat, an umbrella, a laptop, small camera bag or one item similar or smaller size.
Checked Baggage
Economy class: one piece of baggage free of charge with maximum linear dimensions of 158cm and 23kg. Premium class: 2 pieces of baggage free of charge with maximum linear dimensions of 158cm and 23kg each. Business class: 2 pieces of baggage free of charge with maximum linear dimensions of 158cm and 32kg each.
Cabin Classes
Nordica offers 3 cabins - Economy, Premium and Business Class.
Economy Class
This is the most affordable ticket, although the flexibility of the ticket (including name changes and date changes) will be limited. Cancellation fees will also apply. Meals/snacks are not complementary.
Premium Economy
Premium tickets offer an upgrade on Economy. Light meals or snacks are complementary and priority boarding is included.
Business Class
Business Class seats have an extra seat in between passengers for extra comfort. Seats can be reserved ahead of flight departure. Passengers can enjoy priority boarding and will collect extra Miles & More points when they fly. Before flying, passengers can also relax in an exclusive airport lounge.
Check-In
Nordica passengers can check in online prior to the flight departure time. However, if you're unable to check in online you can check in at the airport.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is open between 23 hours and 60 minutes before scheduled departure and can be completed through the airline's website.
Airport Check-in
Check-in can also be completed at the airport. Passengers are advised to arrive as early as possible, at least 2 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Frequent Flyer Programme
Thanks to LOT Polish Airlines partnership with Star Alliance, nordica passengers can collect points and use them in the Miles & More program. This is a loyalty program whose members earn miles for LOT/nordica flights and redeem them for valuable awards. Registration is free and miles can be earned straight away. Program members earn miles for flying with all Star Alliance airlines and can then redeem them for flight tickets and rewards offered by more than 300 non-airline partners such as hotels and shops, as well as for upgrades.

Travelling With a Pet
Nordica Airways allows pets to be transported either in the cabin, in the trunk, or in the baggage compartment as air cargo. Please note there is a limit to the number of pets that can be carried in the cabin - please contact Nordica Airways at least 72 hours prior to your flight to see if there's any space for you to carry your pet. Before flying your pet you must ensure that you have the correct vaccination and documentation ready to be presented including proof of Rabies vaccination. Pets should be carried in suitable hard shell containers on Nordica flights to ensure full safety of your pet.
Unaccompanied Minors
It's no surprise that a child may have to travel alone, but there's nothing to worry! With the help of Nordica Airways young children will be accompanied during the whole airport and flight journey. Please ensure that you're child has all the correct travel documents when flying solo on Nordica Airways flights.

Currently, nordica operates domestic flights to the following cities within Sweden: Gällivare, Arvidsjaur, and Stockholm. It also flies internationally to Brussels, in Belgium, and to Warsaw, in Poland.
