Exploits Valley Air Services, which is also known as EVAS Air, was founded in 1992 and is a Canadian air services company. Based at Gander International Airport, the airline operatets scheduled passenger flights on behalf of Air Canada Express, using the Air Canada Express livery. The company also operates private charter services, including cargo and sightseeing tours. As well as Gander International Airport, the carrier also has a base at Halifax Stanfield International Airport.
The carrier operates to 10 domestic destinations for Air Canada Express. To operate the routes the airline uses its Beech 1900D aircraft, which can accommodate 18 passengers. Other aircraft types that are in their fleet include Cessna 172 and DHC-6 Twin Otter.

Baggage Policy
Air Canada Express' baggage policy will apply. Checked baggage allowance varies route-by-route, and will be confirmed during the booking process.
Carry-on Baggage
Every passenger is entitled to one carry-on baggage and a personal item onboard the aircraft. The maximum dimension on the carry on baggage is 55cm x 23cm x 40cm (21.5" x 9" x 15.5") and 33cm x 16cm x 43cm (13" x 6" x 17") for the personal item. There are no weight restrictions on the carry-on baggage but it has to be light enough for the passenger to store it in the overhead lockers unassisted.
A personal item can be a roller bag, backpack, laptop, a small dog carrier, a camera bag, sports racquet, etc.
Checked Baggage
No baggage can exceed 32kg (70lbs) due to international health and safety regulations. No baggage should exceed 292cm (115") in the sum of the three dimensions or longer than 203cm (80") in length. Dangerous goods are also not allowed on board or transported as checked baggage too.
Check-In

Online Check-in
Online check-in can be done via the the airline's website or the airline's app. Passengers can check-in online 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. Booking and passport details are required for check-in.
The boarding pass can be either printed at home, at the airport or sent to your mobile device. Any checked baggage would have to be dropped off at the airport before the check-in deadline. All passengers can check-in online unless for any passenger needing assistance, unaccompanied children or passengers travelling with a pet. Any passengers mentioned must check-in at the airport
Airport Check-in
Airport check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time, but passengers are advised to check-in at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure. Airport self-service kiosks are also available for check-in, check-in starts 12 hours before departure.
Upon arriving at the airport, passengers should proceed to the designated area for the airline and the airline's logo would be on display. Passports or any valid photographic identification would be required at check-in to verify the passenger's identity.

Evas Air's frequent flyer programme is named 'Aeroplan'.
Aeroplan
For Air Canada Express flights, passengers can redeem their points when flying with the airline. The frequent flyer programme from Air Canada is called Aeroplan. Members can earn frequent flyer points whenever the traveller buys a ticket or shop with the airline's partners. Gander International Airport (YQX) is situated in Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. It has two asphalt runways and one passenger terminal. Other airlines that fly to and from Gander International Airport include WestJet, Sunwing Airlines and PAL Airlines.
Fleet
As of August 2020, EVAS is operating with 12 turboprop aircraft including the Beech 1900D, Cessna 172 and DHC-6 Twin Otter. The Cessna 172 is the smallest aircraft amongst the three aircraft types with a seating capacity of three, but it's perfect for sightseeing, aerial photography for a small number of passengers.
The Beech 1900D and DHC-6 Twin Otter can accommodate 18-19 passengers onboard and mainly used for passenger and cargo services. Air Canada Express' flights will be operated by the Beech 1900D aircraft.
