OTT Airlines (One Two Three Airlines) was founded in February 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic by its parent company, China Eastern. China Eastern also owns Shanghai Airlines, China United Airlines and China Cargo Airlines. OTT Airlines predominantly fly to domestic and regional destinations using a fleet of COMAC aircraft including the C919 and ARJ21-700 model.
Despite being a separate airline and using different aircraft liveries to China Eastern, it still uses the IATA code of its parent airline (MU). It is based at Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, which mainly serves domestic and regional destinations, unlike Shanghai Pudong Airport.
On 28th December 2020, the airline made its maiden flights from Shanghai to Beijing with the COMAC ARJ21-700 aircraft, which marks the start of the company.
OTT Airlines is looking to serve the Yangtze River Delta and the surrounding areas in the region. Further details of the airline's routes and destinations have yet to be revealed but it has already made its maiden flight from Shanghai to Beijing.
Economy and Business Class passengers are entitled to one 10kg carry-on baggage with a maximum dimension of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (21.6" x 15.8" x 7.9"). First Class passengers will have another piece of baggage (2) allowed onboard.
Passengers onboard OTT Airlines flights must not carry any fluid onboard except make-up, toothpaste or shaving foam. Any baggage exceeding the permitted baggage allowance must travel as checked baggage.
Passengers in different cabin class would receive different checked baggage allowance. Baggage allowance below are for passengers without a China Eastern frequent flyer status only.
Economy Class: one 20kg checked baggage
Business Class: one 30kg checked baggage
First Class: one 40kg checked baggage
All baggage must fit within 40cm x 60cm x 100cm in three dimensions and it cannot exceed a maximum weight of 50kg per piece.
Online check-in isn't available for the airline. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
All passengers must check-in at the airport and should arrive at least two hours before the scheduled departure time and report to the check-in counters as soon as possible. The airline check-in counters are marked with the airline name and logo and the location of these check-in counters should be labelled on the departure information board.
Passengers must report to check-in on time or the airline has the right to refuse passenger check-in.

Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport (SHA) is one of the main airport hubs in China and mainly serve domestic and regional flights with some international flights. The airline is situated 13km from the city of Shanghai, and there is also another airport in the area, Shanghai Pudong Airport (PVG). China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, Juneyao Airlines and Spring Airlines also based at the airport. The airport has two runways and two passenger terminals to support its operations.

The Comac ARJ21-700s are the only aircraft that they are currently operating as the Comac C919 aircraft hasn't launched yet. Comac (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China) is an aircraft manufacturer in China, aiming to compete with the current aircraft manufacturing giants, Airbus and Boeing.
