About Vanilla Alliance

The Vanilla Alliance is an airline alliance formed in September 2015 to improve the air network across the Indian Ocean region by strengthening cooperation between the airlines of Indian Ocean Commission members. The goals of this alliance are to increase tourism, trade, and business ties in the region. It also wants to offer customers a wider range of flights, better fares and useful codesharing options. The founding members are Air Austral, Air Madagascar, Air Mauritius, Air Seychelles and Int'Air Îles. The alliance flies to 89 airports in 26 countries, servicing over 2.3 million passengers every year.
