About Airline
Spring Airlines Japan Ltd. is a low-cost Japanese airline that operates scheduled flights out of its hub base, Narita International Airport (NRT) in Kozunomori, Narita, Japan. The airline was founded in October 2012 and commenced operations two years later in Autumn 2014. A third of the airline is owned by Spring Airlines which is a Chinese low-cost carrier. Sprint Airlines Japan is also owned by a Japanese travel agency which is known as JTB and provides Japan tour packages to Chinese customers.
The airline currently operates 9 regularly scheduled flights within domestically within Japan as well as internationally to China.

Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage
All passengers flying with Spring Airlines Japan are permitted to take one piece of carry-on baggage through the security check-in for free. Passengers need to ensure that their carry-on baggage doesn't exceed the specified size of 30 cm x 20 cm x 40 cm (Length x Weight x Height) and a maximum weight of 7 kg.
Checked Baggage
The airline checked baggage or SpringPlus must be added onto their flight purchase. The airlines allow passengers to take a maximum checked suitcase of 30 kg and size 40 cm x 20 cm x 55 cm (Length x Weight x Height). Any baggage exceeding the weight and size will be charged according to the distance and the weight of the excess baggage.
