JSX, formerly Jet Suite X, is a US airline that offers passenger flights across the western states of the country. The airline flies domestically between destinations in California, Washington, Nevada and Arizona.
The airline is technically a public charter airline, however, its prices are much closer to that of a low-cost airline. Due to its public charter model, JSX flights are perfect for time-sensitive travellers who want hassle-free, line-free travel with a Business Class feel but at reasonable prices. Flying from private hangars, away from commercial airport terminals, JSX passengers only need to check in 20-30 minutes before flight departure.
JSX originally launched as JetSuite X in 2016 and launched its first flight in April of the same year with service between Burbank Hollywood, California and Concord Buchanan, California. The airline rebranded to JSX in 2019.

Baggage Policy
On your JSX flight, you can take both carry-on or checked baggage. There are various restrictions on the weight and dimensions of your luggage for your JSX fare.
Carry-on Baggage
Passengers are entitled to one item of carry-on baggage. This bag must be a small personal item such as a purse, laptop case or small backpack and must be able to fit under the seat on the aircraft. Your personal item must fit underneath the seat in front of you and must not exceed the following dimensions: 13" W x 11" H x 17" L. Any items that exceed the carry-on baggage policy will count as checked baggage.
Checked Baggage
Passengers are allowed two items of free checked baggage with a maximum weight of 50 pounds each (22.5kg). Passengers that have purchased the 'All In' fare can carry three items of free checked baggage with a maximum weight of 50 pounds (22.5 kg) each.
Cabin Classes
JSX only has one Business Class cabin. The cabin has 30 seats and each seat has 36 inches of legroom. Each passenger is given free snacks and drinks during the flight. Before you fly, relax in the airline's private lounges. Quiet, comfortable and crowd-free ...fly with JSX is all about enjoying a premium and easy experience.
The airline is also installing high-speed Wi-Fi that will keep passengers connected to life on the ground through their own personal devices.
In-flight Entertainment
JSX, unfortunately, doesn't provide any in-flight entertainment, therefore, we recommend bringing your own forms of entertainment. This can include books or pre-downloaded TV shows and movies onto your electronic devices.
Check-In
Online check-in with JSX isn't currently available so you'll need to check in at the airport.
Airport Check-in
The latest that you can check in and obtain your boarding pass is 20 minutes before your flight if you're travelling with checked baggage and 15 minutes before your flight if you're travelling without checked baggage. We advise that you arrive at least 2 hours before your flight departure time in order to avoid long queuing at the airport.
Online Check-in
Online check-in isn't available on JSX flights. You must check-in at the airport.
Frequent Flyer Program
JSX doesn't currently offer a frequent flyer program or loyalty program to its customers.

However, it does have bases at Hollywood Burbank Airport, Las Vegas McCarran International Airport, Oakland International Airport and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Fleet
JSX's fleet consists of entirely Embraer aircraft. It currently uses Embraer ERJ-135LR and ERJ-145LR models. JSX aims to offer a private jet experience with these aircraft.
