TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The Promoter
The promoter is Alternative Airlines Ltd. whose registered address is Suite 9A, Gatwick House, Peeks Brook Lane, Horley, Surrey, RH6 9ST, United Kingdom.
2. Eligibility
1.1 The free flight giveaway ("Giveaway") is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, representatives, or agents of the sponsoring company and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
3. Prize
2.1 The prize for the Giveaway is a free flight voucher.
2.2 The value of the free flight voucher is dependent on the currency selected (see Condition 7).
2.3 The flight voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
2.4 If Alternative Airlines Ltd. suspects any fraudulent activities, Alternative Airlines Ltd. holds the right to cancel a flight booking or prevent issuance of any ticket without any prior warning.
4. Entry Rules
4.1 The campaign will begin on the 31st of July 2023 at 3:00pm (BST) and end on the 7th of August 2023 at 3:00pm (BST).
4.2 Participants can submit their entry on any or all three designated social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram). Each submission on each platform will be considered a separate entry.
4.3 Participants must comply with all entry requirements specified in the giveaway post in order to be eligible. Any decision made by Alternative Airlines Ltd. concerning an entry submission shall be final and non-negotiable.
5. Winner selection
5.1 One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
5.2 The winner will be notified through direct message with the next steps to claim the prize 3 days after the Giveaway ends.
5.3 The promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seven (7) days of being contacted, the promoter reserves the right to withhold the prize.
6. Redeeming the prize
6.1 The code can only be redeemed once and not spread across multiple bookings.
6.2 If the total value of the basket falls below the voucher value, any remaining balance on the voucher will be forfeited.
6.3 The voucher can only be redeemed when a specified currency has been selected (see Condition 7).
6.4 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. The promoter doesn’t accept any responsibility if you are not able to claim the prize.
6.5 The discount code will only be valid from the 14th August 2023 - 14th August 2024.
7. Currency
7.1 The discount amount will vary based on the currency in which the flight is booked, as follows: £350 GBP for flights booked in British Pounds (GBP) $445 USD for flights booked in United States Dollars (USD)
8. Minimum Spend Requirement
8.1 A minimum spend of £1 or $1 (depending on the currency selected) is required in order to redeem the discount code. In order to redeem the code in GBP, a basket value of at least £351 will be required. In order to redeem the code in USD, a basket value of at least $446 will be required.
9. Booking Modifications and Cancellations
All booking modifications and cancellations are subject to Alternative Airlines' standard terms and conditions. Please refer to the Company's website for more information.
10. Data Protection and Publicity
The promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the Alternative Airlines’ privacy policy.
