Aeropostal Alas de Venezuela C.A, trading as Aeropostal is a government-owned Venezuelan airline that operates primarily domestic services. The airline previously operated to a wide range of destinations across Venezuela and Latin America but has since suspended this with 5 domestic services and one international to Cuba still in operation. Aeropostal operates from its hub airport of Simón Bolívar International Airport in Caracas with a fleet of McDonnell Douglas MD-82 aircraft.

Avior Airlines

Avior Airlines is an airline based in Barcelona, operating both charter and scheduled services. The airline operates to destinations in the Dominican Republic, Panama and 6 cities within Venezuela. Avior has a hub at Generál José Antonio Anzoátegui International Airport with secondary hubs in Arturo Michelena International Airport and Simón Bolívar International Airport. Línea Aérea Conviasa, operating as Conviasa is the largest airline in Venezuela and serves as the countries flag carrier. Conviasa is actually an abbreviation of its legal name, 'Consorcio Venezolano de Industrias Aeronáuticas y Servicios Aéreos, S.A'. The airline operates an extensive route map across Venezuela with around 16 destinations currently served, with more previously operated to which have since been cancelled. Aerolineas Estelar is a Venezuelan airline that operates a mix of both domestic and international services. The airline operates to 7 destinations within the country. Estelar also operates services to Mexico, Panama, Peru, and starting soon the United States. The airline bases its operations from Simón Bolívar International Airport in the nation's capital, Caracas. The airline operates a fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft with an Airbus A320 on order.

LASER Airlines

LASER Airlines, short for 'Línea Aérea de Servicio Ejecutivo Regional' is a Venezuelan airline based in Caracas, with its major hub of operations at Simón Bolívar International Airport but with a focus on Santiago Mariño Caribbean International Airport. The airline operates a mix of both domestic and international routes, with Aruba, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Mexico and Panama all being served by the airline. Within Venezuela, the airline operates services to 11 destinations, making it the second-largest domestic route map behind flag carrier Conviasa. The airline operates a fleet of McDonnell Douglas MD-81/82/83 aircraft on all of its services.

RUTACA Airlines

Rutaca Airlines, which stands for Rutas Aéreas, is an airline in Venezuela. The airline is based in Tomás de Heres Airport, however, its main hub airport is actually Simón Bolívar International Airport. Rutaca operates to 5 destinations within Venezuela as well as 1 international service to the Dominican Republic, making it one of the smaller airlines in the country. The airline operates with a fleet of Boeing 737, McDonnell Douglas MD-83 and McDonnell Douglas MD-88 aircraft.

Turpial Airlines

Founded in 2016 Turpial Airlines is one of the only airlines in the country to not have its hub airport in Caracas and similarly does not serve the capital. The airline operates a handful of domestic and international services including the Dominican Republic, Mexico and Panama as well as 6 destinations within Venezuela.
