Baggage Policy

Azur Air Ukraine has different baggage policies for carry-on and checked baggage.

Carry-on Baggage

Passengers flying on the airlines are permitted to carry free of charge one-piece carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 7kg and 55cm x 40cm x 20cm dimensions.

Checked Baggage

Azur Air Ukraine passengers are permitted to take 20kg of baggage per person free of charge and not exceed 158 linear centimeters (length + width + height). Any additional baggage will be charged at the current excess baggage rate.

Cabin Classes

The airline mostly operates small flights and they have one cabin class that is provided on the aircraft and that is the standard Economy class. The airline gives you amenities such as one free checked piece of carry-on and checked baggage, refreshments, drinks, and the option of choosing your seat.

Seats

Seats are positioned in a 2 x 3 x 2 formation depending on the aircraft, ensuring that each passenger will sit by either a window, aisle or between two passengers.

Online check-in starts 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure and ends 3 hours before the scheduled departure.

Airport Check-in

As passengers arrive at the airport terminal, they will be required to hand in their boarding pass and the airline will take care of their luggage. It would take a few minutes for you to get checked in. We recommend that you arrive at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. The airline crew from their will be ready to help in the check-in and boarding process.
