Baggage Allowance

Carry-on Baggage

Carry-on baggage fees apply. Cabin bags must be smaller than 22” L x 14"W x 9”H (56 cm x 35 cm x 22 cm) and weigh no more than 30 pounds (15 kilograms).

Please note that cabin bags will be gate-checked and may need to be stowed in the hold due to cabin space limitations. Because the aircraft has limited overhead storage space (capable of only accommodating personal items, such as briefcases, purses and laptop bags). Therefore, bags that may be considered 'carry-on' on larger aircraft will need to be gate checked, and placed for storage in the aircraft's hold.

Each passenger is entitled to carry one small personal item (such as a small handbag, camera, laptop bag, or briefcase) for free. This free personal item must not measure larger than 14" (L) x 9" (W) x 9.5" (H) (35 cm x 22 cm x 24cm), and must be capable of being safely stowed under a seat. If your personal item measures larger than this, the carry-on baggage fee will apply.

In addition to the free personal item and for no additional charge, passengers may also carry onboard a coast, jacket, and/or umbrella, as well as food or drink for consumption during the flight.

Checked Baggage

Aha! has been established as a budget-friendly airline, operating affordable flights to Reno. To keep the basic fare as low as possible, complimentary baggage allowance is not included in the price of the ticket, and will need to be added to your booking for an additional fee. Each checked bag can weigh up to 22 kilograms (50 pounds) and measure up to 157cm (62 inches) in Maximum Outside Linear Dimensions.

When you book your flights through Alternative Airlines, baggage can easily be added to your reservation during the booking process, or by contacting our Customer Service team post-booking.
