Aha! has now ceased it's operations after less than a year of operation. Aha! declared bankruptcy and ceased its operations in 2022. The new airline operated value-priced, nonstop commercial flights between the city of Reno (Reno-Tahoe International Airport), in Nevada, and cities along the West Coast of the US.
‘Aha!’ is officially called ‘Aha! Travel Management Company LLC’, and stands for ‘air-hotel-adventure’ — because the company plans on partnering with hotels, resorts, and casinos in Reno.
The airline commenced flights in October 2021, with an inaugural flight between Reno and Pasco, Washington. Aha! useed their 4 Embraer ERJ145 aircraft, a popular regional aircraft that had the capacity for 50 passengers.
Established over 35 years ago, ExpressJet operates both domestic flights between cities in the US, as well as between the US and Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. The company launched Aha! in 2021 specifically for flights between the city of Reno and the West Coast of the US. Aha! will seek to provide travellers in smaller communities (many of which have seen air travel services reduced over the past decade) with short, convenient, and direct flights to the popular Reno-Lake Tahoe region.

After launching in December 2021, Aha! operated flights from Reno (Reno-Tahoe International Airport) to eight smaller cities along the West Coast of the US. It connected Reno with smaller communities in California, Oregon, and Washington, with a three-times weekly service.

In the months following launch, Aha! plans to expand its route network to eventually reach more than 20 destinations, and connect Reno with many more communities in the western United States. As of December 2021, these future destinations have yet to be confirmed.
Through Aha!, ExpressJet hopes to connect those in smaller communities — many of which have seen air travel reduce significantly over the past decade due to airline mergers — with a new, affordable, and convenient connection to Reno. Reno is a popular resort city, renowned for its premium casinos, live entertainment and dining, as well as world-class skiing, golfing, and other outdoor activities around Lake Tahoe — the largest alpine lake in North America.

Carry-on baggage fees apply. Cabin bags must be smaller than 22” L x 14"W x 9”H (56 cm x 35 cm x 22 cm) and weigh no more than 30 pounds (15 kilograms).
Please note that cabin bags will be gate-checked and may need to be stowed in the hold due to cabin space limitations. Because the aircraft has limited overhead storage space (capable of only accommodating personal items, such as briefcases, purses and laptop bags). Therefore, bags that may be considered 'carry-on' on larger aircraft will need to be gate checked, and placed for storage in the aircraft's hold.
Each passenger is entitled to carry one small personal item (such as a small handbag, camera, laptop bag, or briefcase) for free. This free personal item must not measure larger than 14" (L) x 9" (W) x 9.5" (H) (35 cm x 22 cm x 24cm), and must be capable of being safely stowed under a seat. If your personal item measures larger than this, the carry-on baggage fee will apply.
In addition to the free personal item and for no additional charge, passengers may also carry onboard a coast, jacket, and/or umbrella, as well as food or drink for consumption during the flight.
Online check-in is available, via the airline's website. Passengers can check-in from 24 hours prior to scheduled departure.
Airport check-in counters open three hours prior to departure. The check-in desks will close 45 minutes before departure. The airline recommends that passengers arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before scheduled departure. Passengers should arrive at the boarding gate 30 minutes before scheduled departure; guests who are not present at least 15 minutes before departure will be deemed a no-show.
There is only one cabin class available: standard Economy seating.
Seats are configured in a 2-1 formation. There is storage space in overhead compartments and under the seats in-front. However, due to limited space passengers can only be guaranteed to be permitted to bring their personal items into the cabin. All other bags, including 'carry-on' bags, may need to be stowed in the aircraft's hold, due to limited space.
Although space is limited, the cabins will be bright and modern. All aircraft have W/C facilities onboard. Hot and cold drinks, as well as snacks, will be available for purchase during the flight.
