PSA Airlines passengers are allowed to bring 1 piece of carry-on baggage and one personal item onboard. Carry-on baggage must fit in the overhead lockers and under the seat in front. 

No prohibited items should be packed in your carry-on baggage. Any prohibited items found by airport security or by the immigration department upon arrival at the airport could be confiscated.

PSA Airlines are allowed to bring 1 piece of checked baggage, weighing no more than 23kg. Subject to charges for additional bags.

Checked baggage cannot weigh over 32kg due to international health and safety regulations and it must not exceed the permitted size allowance.

PSA Airlines allows passengers to check in online prior to flight departure time. Online check-in is available 24 hours to 3 hours prior to the flight departure time. Once you've checked in for your PSA Airlines' flight, you'll be required to print out your boarding pass or save it onto your mobile wallet.

PSA Airlines check-in desks open 2 hours before flight departure times. The check-in desk closes 30 minutes prior to the flight departure time for domestic flights and for international flights check-in closes 60 minutes before the scheduled flight departure.

AAdvantage members have a number of benefits including priority check-in, extra baggage, priority bag delivery and more.

If you or a member of your party require wheelchair assistance, please Contact Us at least 24 hours prior to your flight departure time. We'll inform the airline that you'll need a wheelchair getting to/from the aircraft. You can also request a wheelchair service at the airport.
