About Malmo Aviation

Malmo Aviation merged with Sverigeflyg to form BRA Braathens Regional Airlines. Braathens Regional Aviation no longer operates flights under its own name but instead, the aircraft are used to operate flights for sister airline BRA - Braathens Regional Airlines. Their fleet consists of Avro RJ85 and Avro RJ100.

Baggage

On flights with BRA, passengers are entitled to take hand baggage onboard. The maximum dimension is 50x40x25 cm and the weight must not exceed 8 kg. For BRA BAS and BRA Fast ticket types, passengers are entitled to 20kg and BRA Extra 30kg and other ticket types 20kg.

Check-In Information

Online Check-In

Passengers were able to check in online through the Malmo Aviation's official website. The online check-in service opened 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and closed a few hours before take-off.

Airport Check-In

For passengers who preferred or needed to check in at the airport, Malmo Aviation had dedicated check-in counters. The airport check-in counters opened a few hours before the scheduled departure time.

Cabin Class

Malmo Aviation had a single-class configuration on its aircraft. While it did not offer cabin classes like economy, business, or first class, the airline aimed to provide a comfortable and pleasant flying experience for all passengers.

In-flight Entertainment

Malmo Aviation offered a range of in-flight entertainment options to keep passengers entertained during their flights. This included movies, TV shows, music and magazines.

Frequent Flyer Program

Malmo Aviation had its own frequent flyer program called 'Malmo Aviation Bonus'. Passengers could join the program and earn points or miles for eligible flights. These points could then be redeemed for various rewards such as free flights, upgrades and other benefits.

Airline Alliance

Before its rebranding, Malmo Aviation was a member of the Star Alliance network. This alliance allows passengers to enjoy certain benefits and privileges when flying with other member airlines. These benefits include seamless connections, shared frequent flyer benefits and exclusive access to select airport lounges.
