About

Link PNG is an airline in Papua New Guinea that offers scheduled passenger flights. The airline is based at Port Moresby Jacksons Airport (POM) and is the subsidiary of Air Niugini. While Air Niugini focuses on flying to international destinations and major airports in Papua New Guinea, Link PNG flies to smaller airports in sometimes lesser-known destinations within the country. Overall, Link PNG flies to more than 10 destinations within the country.

The airline launched in 2014 on the 41st anniversary of Air Niugini. Straight from the launch, Link PNG took on a number of flights that were previously operated by its parent airline. The launch of the subsidiary allowed Air Niugini to focus on the more popular international and domestic routes, while also making sure that it offered total connectivity within the country too.

Today, Link PNG stands as one of the premier airlines for travelling to minor airports within Papua New Guinea.
