Hi Fly is a Portuguese charter airline and wet-lease company that was founded in 2005 and based at Beja Airport (BYJ). Hi Fly was given its Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in 2006 and shortly after received first aircraft — an Airbus A330-300. Hi Fly doesn't operate any scheduled services but it does fly a number of irregular flights throughout the world, most notably around Europe and to the USA, Japan, Brazil, India and Mexico. In 2013, Hi Fly created a subsidiary airline in Malta, named Hi Fly Malta.
Hi Fly's fleet consists of a family of Airbus aircraft. The airline has over 10 Airbus jets, including the Airbus A320, A330, A340 and A380. Along with operating charter services, Hi Fly also runs a wet-lease company, leasing aircraft out to other airlines globally.
Cabin Classes
As this airline is a charter airline, the class information and options will depend on the company who is leasing it. For example, the seats can be configured to be all first-class, or additionally all a high-capacity economy class or even a mix of each.
If leasing the Airbus A380, there is the option to include the luxurious first-class suites which include lay-flat beds.
