The airline will initially use Q400 turboprop aircraft when it begins flying. These aircraft will be acquired from Flybe, a UK airline that ceased operations in 2020.

From Toronto, Connect Airlines will fly cross-border into the U.S., to destinations in Northeast and Midwest America.

The airline hopes to appeal to business travellers, heading cross-boarder for the day. So, passengers can likely expect a comfortable cabin. The seating in the Q400 turboprop aircraft is configured in a 2-2 formation.
