Air Odisha was an Indian airline which offers domestic flights in India from its base in Odisha. It commenced operations in 2011.
Air Odisha prided themselves on connecting towns such as Utkela, Raipur, Gwalior, Kanpur, Surat, Salem, Neyveli, Jagdalpur and many others, as part of the ‘UDAN’ (Regional Connectivity Scheme).
Air Odisha operated a ‘no carry-on bag policy’, meaning that no carry on bags were permitted. However, Air Odisha allowed passengers one personal item per passenger on board. Personal items could include items such as a handbag, briefcase, laptop case, small backpack. Personal items were limited to 15 x 12 x 12 inches in dimensions, and a maximum of 4 kg in weight.
Passengers were permitted 10 kg of free checked baggage for their flights. This must not exceed 30 x 20 x 12 inches.

Biju Patnaik International Airport, commonly known simply as Bhubaneswar Airport, is Bhubaneswar’s primary international airport. It’s name originates from the former chief minister of Odisha, Biju Patnaik.
The airport was the hub for Air Odisha, but also operates services for airlines such as GoAir, Vistara, Thai AirAsia and Air India. IndiaOne Air is also based at this airport.
