This training responsibility is taken by a team of fully prepared professionals including commanders, instructors and first officials. Both in air and land, operating the gear require discipline, experience and leadership. Mechanical, climatological and operational conditions are the least of a pilots concerns, as the most important is to do whatever it takes to get the passenger to their destination on the most satisfactory way. In March 2016, Tame commenced two new routes from Guayaquil (GYE) this week. Both starting on 18 March, the carrier launched connections from Ecuador’s largest city to Lima and New York . JFK operations will also see LAN Airlines (daily) as an incumbent carrier, with tame operating the city pair with its A330-200s.
