Sarpa allows all passengers the ability to bring 1 small personal item onboard with them, this should not exceed 43x30x16 cm or 5kg and must fit under the seat in front of you. Cabin cases arent included in any ticket type and comes with an additional cost, this should be smaller than 35x20x20 cm and weigh less than 7kg. If you arrive at the gate with 2 pieces of hand luggage that you have not prepaid for the airline will require you to check this in and incur an additional cost.

Checked baggage doesn't come as standard on the airline's tickets and must be purchased additionally. You are able to purchase a suitcase that shouldn't exceed 70x45x30 cm and should weigh less than 20kg or you will incur an overweight fee per additional kilogram. You are able to purchase additional baggage, however, the cost of this increase per additional bag. If you are travelling on one of the airline's 'Clasica' or 'Top' fares then you are allowed to bring 1 checked bag as standard.

The airline offers an online check-in facility. Simply head to the airline's website, click the 'web checkin' options and insert your surname and booking reference. You will now be able to check-in and manage your booking as well as print off your boarding card. You can check any suitcases in, just head to the airline's airport desks to drop these off. Online check-in opens 24hr prior to departure and closes 2hr before the scheduled departure.

If you would prefer to make use of the airline's airport check-in facilities then this is an option too. Head to the airline's facilities upon arrival at the airport. The airline hasn't published its opening and closing times, however, we recommend that you arrive no later than 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure.
