Novoair is a Bangladeshi airline based in Dhaka. The airline mainly operates domestic flights within Bangladesh, but also a few international flights to destinations such as India.

The airline was founded in 2007 and didn’t begin flying operations until 2013 and international flights in 2015. The airline has a hub at Shahjalal International Airport.

Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport

Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport is the largest airport in Bangladesh. Operated and maintained by the Civil Aviation Authority, Bangladesh, it is also used by the Bangladesh Air Force. Located in Kurmitola in northern Dhaka, it started operations in 1980, taking over as the country's sole international airport from Tejgaon Airport.

It is the hub of all Bangladeshi airlines, including Biman Bangladesh Airlines, United Airways, Regent Airways, Novoair and US-Bangla Airlines. Airlines that fly from and to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport include Etihad, Emirates, Qatar and United.
