All passengers receive a 5kg carry-on baggage allowance. The carry-on item must not exceed 25cm x 40cm x 20cm. Any larger and/or heavier items may be subject to an excess baggage charge.
Passengers should always pack their bags themselves and know the items contained in the baggage. Fluid within 100ml must be placed in a plastic bag for security check and prohibited items must not be carried onboard.
Checked baggage isn't within the baggage allowance for passengers. However, passengers are allowed to request the airline to transport cargo. This can be done in advance of the flight. New Central Airservice passengers must check in at the airport since the airline doesn't offer online check in.
Online check-in isn't available for the airline. All passengers must check-in at the airport.
Please leave plenty of time for airport check-in.
Passengers must check-in 30 minutes prior to the established departure time with the relevant travel documents and the reservation number. At Alternative Airlines, we advise passengers to arrive at the airport 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time.
When passengers arrive at the airport, they should report to the airline check-in desks as soon as possible and drop their checked baggage with the airline. Failure to check-in before the check-in deadline may lose their tickets.
A frequent flyer programme isn't available for the airline.
New Central Airservice isn't part of any global airline alliances.
Passengers travelling with pets must put their cats/dogs in a hard cage. Any pets to be transported must be requested in advance. The airline will check the size and weight of the container before they allow the item to be transported.
