Passengers must check-in 30 minutes prior to the established departure time with the relevant travel documents and the reservation number. At Alternative Airlines, we advise passengers to arrive at the airport 1.5 hours before the scheduled departure time.

When passengers arrive at the airport, they should report to the airline check-in desks as soon as possible and drop their checked baggage with the airline. Failure to check-in before the check-in deadline may lose their tickets.
