In partnership with NyxAir, HelloFly specialises in providing ad-hoc charter flights primarily for individuals and companies, governments, non-governmental agencies (NGOs), incentive agencies, travel agencies and tour operators. Its current destinations include Bari, Perugia, Lampedusa, Malta, Comiso and Trapani-Birgi.
HelloFly aims to provide passengers with flexible boarding hours, emergency services, speedy boarding and unlimited cabin baggage allowance, among other benefits.

Baggage Allowance
HelloFly hasn't announced its specific baggage rules however there are general guidelines you can follow before packing for your trip.
Carry-on Baggage
Most airlines allow passengers to carry 1 piece of cabin baggage and 1 personal item (such as a purse or a laptop bag).

Economy Class
Since HelloFly uses the Saab 2000 for its flights, its cabin is relatively small and will have a single-aisle configuration.
In-flight entertainment options are limited or non-existent. Passengers can expect a standard cabin service when flying with HelloFly, including complimentary snacks and beverages.
Seats
Seats on the Saab 2000 are arranged in a 1-2 configuration. Economy-class seats on the Saab 2000 are typically basic with limited recline. The legroom may be modest as the aircraft is designed for short-haul regional flights.
In-flight Entertainment
Due to the nature of the flights operated by HelloFly, in-flight entertainment may not be provided or existent on the aircraft. We recommend bringing your own forms of entertainment for your flight such as a book to read or your own personal devices with TV shows/movies to watch.
Wi-Fi
HelloFly operates its charter flights using a Saab 2000 which unfortunately doesn't have a Wi-Fi network installed - this means you won't be able to use Wi-Fi on your flight.

A complimentary snack or beverage may be provided on HelloFly's flights however this is not guaranteed due to the type of flights it operates.

It's not known whether you can check in online for your HelloFly flights therefore we recommend checking in at the airport.
Airport Check-In
You can check in for your HelloFly flight at the airport via the airline's check-in counters. We recommend arriving at the airport at least 2-3 hours before your flight is scheduled to depart. This is to allow enough time for you to get through baggage drop and security procedures.
