About Frontier Flying Service

Frontier Flying Service was an American airline headquartered in Fairbanks, Alaska. The airline was based at Fairbanks International Airport in Fairbanks, with hubs in Barrow, Kotzebue, Anchorage, and Bethel.

The airline operated year-round scheduled commuter services and postal services to Alaska, primarily in the north of Fairbanks, as well as charter services to the lower 48 states and Canada.

Frontier Flying Service had partnerships with Corvus Airlines, Hageland Aviation, and Ravn Alaska. Combined, the companies had been operating flights in Alaska for about as long as Alaska had been a state.

Frontier Flying Service operated under the brand Ravn Connect. The airline did not operate any Era flight numbers, as it focused on cargo transportation and on-demand charters.
