What happens if I missed my payment?
With the first missed payment you'll be sent a missed payment reminder however if you miss the second payment within a 12-month period you'll risk losing the promotional interest rate offer and your promotional balance will be treated as a full interest-bearing credit purchase going forward meaning you'll pay slightly more than previously expected to.
Can I use Flexiti if I'm not based in Canada?
Yes, you can, if you are over the age of 18 and also have a valid Canadian ID.
Can my Flexiti loan application be denied?
Yes, your income needs to be verified first before getting your account approved. Checks will also be made with your credit score, the time you spent at your current address and many other factors.
Are there any extra fees or is interest charged using Flexiti?
